The Six Elements Approach
Created by Tommaso Palumbo, in January 2000, the Six Elements Approach is a counselling
approach which views human beings as perfectly integrated systems made of six elements.
The six elements consist of our three components (physiological, emotional and rational),
and our three dimensions (intrapersonal, personal and interpersonal).
The therapist guides persons along a path of learning, discovery and rediscovery,
as they explore their connection with each one of the six elements.
