Created by Tommaso Palumbo, in January 2000, the Seven Elements' Approach is a counselling
approach which views human beings as perfectly integrated systems made of seven elements.
The seven elements consist of our three components (physiological, emotional and rational),
our three dimensions (intrapersonal, personal and interpersonal) and our unique Sigma factor.
The therapist guides persons along a path of learning, discovery and rediscovery,
as they explore their connection with each one of the seven elements.
