Developed by Tommaso Palumbo, in May 2005, Peaceflow is a form of Active Meditation which consists of a combination of correct breathing, visualisation and gentle body movements.
Each daily routine is made of an initial warm up, followed by the movement of the day, as there are seven different motions which are practised in rotation.
Consolidated research has shown that the regular practice of gentle body movements
is extremely beneficial for our physical and psychological health, and,
in particular, to those who suffer from stress, anxiety and sleep problems.
The Peaceflow course is made of nine videos which show how to practise
the warm up and the seven movements of Peaceflow.
"The Course videos were easy to follow and the written instructions were very helpful!I am so glad I enrolled in the Peaceflow course: its practice helps me relax and stay focused throughout the day."Paola Ceccarelli
"Taking the Peaceflow course has been a major benefit to me. I practise it every morning before my exercise routine to have a consistently better start of the day.I love the simplicity of the moves."Luca Ktir
"I took up the Peaceflow course out of curiosity, as it was recommended to me by a friend, but only two weeks into this daily gentle routine, I started feeling more energetic and in a better mood!"Nadia Strappelli
